5 fluid ounces red wine, such as Cabernet Sauvignon, chilled
6 fluid ounces diet ginger ale, chilled
1 Halved orange slice, and raspberries

Steps:

Divide wine between two 6- to 8-ounce wine glasses. Top off each glass with half of the diet ginger ale. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with orange and/or raspberries.

2 cups frozen unsweetened sliced peaches, thawed
1/2 cup brandy
1/3 cup honey
1/2 lemon, very thinly sliced
1 bottle (750 milliliters) dry white wine
1-1/2 cups carbonated water, chilled
Ice cubes

Steps:

In a 2-qt. pitcher, combine the peach slices, brandy, honey and lemon slices; stir in wine. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours or until chilled., Just before serving, stir in sparkling water. Serve over ice.

1 (16 ounce) package frozen unsweetened peaches, thawed
1 quart peach juice
1 (750 ml) bottle dry white wine
1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
1 cup granulated sugar

Steps:

In a food processor or blender, puree peaches.
In a 3 quart container, combine peaches and remaining ingredients.
Cover and chill for 5 hours to allow the flavors to blend.
