Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, whisk egg, milk and peanut butter until smooth; stir into flour mixture just until combined. Pour into a greased 8x4-in. loaf pan. , Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. If desired, serve with jelly.

- 1. Layer 1 1/4 cups water, white bread flour, brown sugar, salt, 1/2 cup peanut butter, and yeast in the bread machine according to the manufacturer's instructions. 2. Set machine at basic/white setting. 3. Let bake according to the machine setting then remove from the baking pan and allow to cool. 4. Stir together 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and 4 teaspoons water and drizzle over the cooled bread. 5. If desired, place the bread in the fridge for a few minutes to harden the glaze a bit. 6. Slice and serve.

PEANUT BUTTER BREAD
Steps:
- Gather the ingredients.
- Measuring carefully, place the water, peanut butter, bread flour, brown sugar, salt, and bread machine yeast in the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
- Select "Sweet" or "Basic/White" cycle. Use "Medium" or "Light Crust Color" and turn the machine on. When the bread is finished it should be a dark gold color and should sound hollow when you tap it with your fingers. You can also test the temperature of the bread; it should be about 210 F.
- Carefully remove the bread from the bread machine pan and cool on a wire rack.
