1 box Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ yellow cake mix
1 1/4 cups crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1 bag (11.5 oz) milk chocolate chips (2 cups)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheets). In large bowl, beat cake mix, peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart. Flatten dough slightly with fingers.
  • Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until edges are set (centers will be soft). Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Store covered.

1 cup almond flour or 1 cup all-purpose flour
4 tablespoons granulated sugar
4 tablespoons light brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 extra-large eggs
1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup water
7 tablespoons chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Grease 8-inch round cake pan. Line bottom with circle of parchment paper; set aside.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the flour, sugars, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the eggs, peanut butter, oil, vanilla extract and water.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture to the egg mixture, mixing well after each addition. Once all the flour mixture is in, beat until smooth.
  • Gently fold the chocolate chips into the batter.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes, until the outside of the cake is firm and bounces back to the touch.
  • Cool on rack before cutting.

1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 containers Betty Crocker™ Whipped fluffy white frosting
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 teaspoons milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick cookie sheet). Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, beat cake mix, 3/4 cup peanut butter, the water, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed about 1 minute or until blended. Gently stir in chocolate chips. Onto cookie sheet, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until set. Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.
  • In medium bowl, stir together frosting ingredients. Frost cookies with frosting. Store covered.

2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cornstarch
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon baking powder
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
  • Cream together butter and brown sugar. Beat in eggs, peanut butter and vanilla.
  • Add flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll into balls about 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls (or use cookie scoop) and place onto ungreased cookie sheets about 2 inches apart. Flatten slightly because they do not flatten much while cooking.

Steps:

½ cup white sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons light corn syrup

2 cups chopped semisweet chocolate

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
