- In 4-quart saucepan, melt candy coating over medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir in peanut butter until mixture is smooth. Add remaining ingredients, stirring until completely coated.

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugars to a boil. Remove from the heat; stir in peanut butter. Fold in cornflakes and peanuts., Gently press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan coated with cooking spray. Spread melted chocolate evenly over top. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm. Cut into bars.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with aluminum foil with a 1-inch overhang on all sides. Spray lightly with baking spray.
- Combine both flours, oats, wheat germ, chia seeds if using, salt and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Set aside.
- Combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, vegetable oil and egg white in another medium bowl. Beat with a hand mixer until creamy, about 2 minutes. Add the dry ingredients and beat on low until a wet and sandy mixture that holds together when squeezed. Turn the dough out into the prepared pan and press into an even layer. Bake until golden, 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool completely. Drizzle with the chocolate. Let the chocolate harden and break into eighteen 2-inch even pieces.

- Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. In large bowl, mix together cereal, pretzels, candies and peanuts.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave peanut butter chips and peanut butter uncovered on High about 1 minute, stirring once, until softened and chips can be stirred smooth. - Heat the peanut butter in the microwave on high for 20 seconds to loosen it, then stir honey into it. Place the granola into a food processor and lightly process to crush up the granola, nuts, and raisins. Peel and cut each banana in half across the middle. Insert a popsicle or chop stick into the cut end of each half-banana. Spread 1 side of each banana stick with 1/4 of the peanut sauce then coat liberally with spoonfuls of granola, gently pressing it into the peanut butter. - Mix and set aside the butter and soda.
- In a large pan, mix and boil the sugar, water,and syrup to hardball stage (254 degrees F).
- Add peanuts and stir constantly until mixture turns yellow (NOT AMBER) about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add butter mixture and vanilla.
- Pour onto greased cookie sheet.
- Pat into a thickness you like with the back of a spoon.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- In saucepan, mix together corn syrup and sugar. Heat to almost boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add peanut butter. Stir until well blended.
- Pour cereal into large bowl. Pour hot peanut butter mixture over cereal in bowl and gently toss until well mixed and cereal is coated. Spread in ungreased 13-by-9-inch pan, leveling top and pressing into corners. Sprinkle butterscotch and chocolate chips over top, distributing evenly. Place pan in warm oven, then turn oven off. Let pan sit in oven with door closed for about 10 minutes so chips melt. Remove from oven and spread melted chips over top of bars. Sprinkle with nuts. Cool completely, then cut into 20 (21/4-by-21/2-inch) rectangles. Then cut each rectangle in half to make 2 triangles. Makes 40 bars.
