1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
2 T. lemon juice

Steps:

  • Combine chicken, celery, green onion, green pepper, salt, black pepper, and mayonnaise in a bowl; mix well.
  • Stir in pecans, pineapple, and lemon juice.
  • Chill for about 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery rib, chopped
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/3 cup slivered almonds, toasted

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon curry powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Leaf lettuce, optional

  • Cut pineapple in half; remove fruit, leaving 1-in. shells. ½ cup canned whole water chestnuts, drained and chopped
¼ cup chopped celery
2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
