Steps:
- Put a medium cast-iron skillet in the oven and preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Bake the fries in the heated cast-iron skillet, mixing them a few times during the cooking process, until they are crisp, about 20 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and top the fries with the pepperoni, sausage, sauce, peppers, mozzarella and Parmesan. You can also do layers of fries and toppings to make a pile of pizza fries. Return the skillet to the oven for 5 to 10 minutes to melt the cheese. Serve immediately with a side of pizza sauce for dipping.
PIZZA DISCO FRIES
Steps:
- Cook the waffle fries according to the package instructions.
- Preheat the oven to broil. Put the pizza sauce in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until hot.
- Put the hot fries on a large heatproof plate or platter. Top with the pizza sauce, half of the pepperoni, the cheese and the remaining pepperoni. Broil until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 3 minutes. Top with the banana peppers.

- In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add the sugar, salt, 2 tablespoons oil and 2-1/2 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft dough (dough will be sticky)., Turn onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
