  • Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. If using frozen fruit you'll probably need to use 1/2 cup liquid instead of just 1/4.

1 cup lightly packed baby spinach leaves
1 (6 ounce) container coconut yogurt
¾ cup oat milk
2 tablespoons chia seeds

Steps:

  • Thaw frozen pineapple chunks for 5 minutes.
  • Combine pineapple chunks, spinach, yogurt, milk, and chia seeds in an electric blender and process until smooth, about 2 minutes.
