Creamy squares of strawberry ice cream and cream cheese are combined with canned fruit cocktail and pecans, then frozen for a refreshing dessert!

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, ice cream and dressing in large bowl until well blended. Stir in fruit cocktail and pecans.
- Pour into 9-inch square pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving to soften slightly. Cut into 18 pieces to serve. Store leftover dessert in freezer.

This homemade version of the famous Pink Drink is quick and easy to make. Once the tea steeps and cools, the refreshing drink comes together in just about 5 minutes.

Steps:
- Crush half the freeze-dried strawberries into a coarse powder using the back of a spoon or a small food processor.
- Brew the tea in 8 ounces hot water, then stir in the agave syrup and crushed strawberries while the water is still hot. Let steep and cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Remove the tea bag from the brewed tea. Fill a large glass with ice, then add the tea mixture, coconut milk and remaining freeze-dried strawberries and stir.
