This is a yummy confection to share with a handsome pirate...Shiver me timbers! Make sure you have the most important ingredient before you start this recipe: !!!!1 dangerous and handsome pirate, preferably wearing a gold earring!!!!

Steps:
- Make sure you have your pirate first.
- Take the icecream out of the freezer, and allow the icecream to thaw slightly by leaving out at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- Dump the icecream into a large bowl.
- pour Kahlua over icecream, then pour the chocolate sauce - all of it - over the icecream.
- sprinkle with almonds, then dispense about 1/2 the can of whipped cream over the almonds.
- Save the rest of the can for the pirate.
- Cook time is relative -- ;).
PIRATE'S BOOTY: BBQ RIBS
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients (except for ribs) in a bowl and rub into meat. Marinate for 2 to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Grill at very high heat, approximately 30 minutes. Flip the meat three times on each side.

- Pour the 2 oz infused rum, 1 oz dark rum, and 2 oz of juice into a glass container. Mix with a spoon.
- Toast the coconut: on medium-low heat, pour about 1/2 cup coconut into a dry, non-stick pan. Constantly move the coconut around until it is light brown in color and emits a nutty scent. DO NOT OVERCOOK or walk away from the pan as it will burn quickly.
