CREAMY GROUND BEEF AND NOODLES
A delicious, creamy ground beef dinner with noodles and corn topped with cheese. This is one of those recipes that if you don't try it, you won't know what you are missing.

Steps:
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender, about 7 minutes. Drain.
- Meanwhile, place ground beef into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper; cook and stir until evenly browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain off grease.
- Stir the cream cheese and cream of mushroom soup into the ground beef until well blended, about 5 minutes. Mix in the drained noodles and corn. Stir in evaporated milk to reach your desired consistency, about 5 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese and cook until melted, about 5 minutes more.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Brown the ground beef and boil the egg noodles.
- Combine noodles, cream cheese, creamed corn, and ground beef, soup and salt & pepper to taste.

Another great cereal bar cookie. This makes a huge amount and I always cut it in half and place in a 9x13.

- In a large saucepan, cook and stir sugar and corn syrup until the sugar is dissolved.
- Remove from heat.
- Add peanut butter and mix well.
- Stir in cereals.
- spread quickly into two lightly greased 10x15 inch baking pans.
- Cut into bars while warm.
PLANTATION CASSAROLE
Steps:
- Brown sausage. Add onion and soften. Drain oil. Layer in 13' X 9" pan: 2 c. Rice Chrispies, suasage, cooked rice, cheese. Combine eggs, milk, and soup. Pour over layered cassarole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 30 min. Freezes well after baking.
PLANTATION HAM PIE
Pretty parsley pinwheels top this hearty casserole filled with a saucy mixture of broccoli, ham and onion.

- In a large skillet, saute ham and onion in butter until the onion is tender. Combine soup and milk; stir into ham mixture. Add broccoli; heat through. Pour into an ungreased shallow 2-1/2-qt. baking dish.
- Combine biscuit mix and water until a soft dough forms. On a lightly floured surface, knead dough 10 times. Roll out into a 12-in. square; sprinkle with parsley. Roll up jellyroll style. Cut into 12 pieces; place over the ham mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden and the ham mixture is bubbly.
