Polish Scrambled Eggs Recipe - A Perfect Breakfast Idea! image

The most popular add-ons for the Polish scrambled eggs are the onion and sausage. However, you can put any kind of ready-to-eat meat inside, as well as any veggies.

Number Of Ingredients 4

Ingredients

3.5 oz (100g) of sausage/ ham/bacon
1 average onion
6 organic eggs
chopped chives for decoration

Steps:

Dice the sausage and the onion.
Fry them on the pan, medium heat, for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime, smash the eggs into the bowl. Whisk a bit using a fork.
When the onion and sausage is ready, pour the eggs and fry for about 5-10 minutes, on low heat.
Serve warm with chives and bread.
