Pomegranate Gimlet Recipes

POMEGRANATE GIMLETS

Steps:

• Place 6 martini glasses in the freezer and chill until frosted, at least 1 hour.
• Combine gin, pomegranate juice, lime juice and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add the drink mixture until the shaker is three-quarters full. Cover and shake for 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into the frozen martini glasses. Repeat with the remaining drink mixture, adding more ice to the shaker as necessary. Garnish with pomegranate arils and lime slices, if desired.

POMEGRANATE GIMLET

Steps:

• Combine the pomegranate juice, gin, and sweetened lime juice in a cocktail shaker.
• Add a few ice cubes to the shaker.
• Shake to combine the ingredients.
• Strain into two martini glasses.
• Add a lime slice and pomegranate arils for garnish.
• Enjoy!

POMEGRANATE VODKA GIMLET

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the vodka, lime juice and pomegranate juice and shake vigorously. Strain the cocktail into a glass filled with ice.
• Garnish with lime rounds and pomegranate arils. (You can also garnish your glass first if you prefer. You do you.)

POMEGRANATE GIMLETS

Steps:

• At least 1 hour before serving, freeze 6 to 8 martini glasses.
• Combine the gin, lime juice, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup in a large pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker half full of ice, pour in the gimlet mixture until the shaker is 3/4 full and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into the frozen glasses and garnish each glass with a teaspoon of pomegranate seeds and a slice of lime.
