- Put the lime juice and cardamom pod in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and crush the pod with the handle of a wooden spoon (if using ground cardamom, just mix together with the lime juice). Add the brewed tea, pomegranate molasses and a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake well for 15 seconds.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and strain in the tea mixture; top with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel.

- Fill each 12-ounce glass half-full with ice.
- Fill glass about 1/3 full of Sprite (about 3 ounces) and fill the rest of the way with orange juice (6 ounces).
- Stir gently to combine. Add a splash of Grenadine syrup and serve!
- Garnish with oranges or cherries (makes approximately six 12-ounce glasses).

- Pomegranate Grenadine: Into a small pot over low heat, add pomegranate juice, sugar, pomegranate molasses, cloves, and star anise. Use a peeler to shave three long strips of orange peel. Over the pot, bend the peels in half lengthwise to release the citrus oils onto the other ingredients; then add peels to the pot. Stir syrup occasionally just until sugar dissolves, about 2-3 minutes; do not allow the syrup to boil, as the peels will become bitter. After the sugar has dissolved, immediately remove from heat and set aside to cool. Makes about 2 cups. (Note: Pomegranate Grenadine will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Ivy Mix recommends adding a shot of vodka to extend shelf life to 2 weeks.)
- Assemble: Into a highball glass, add tequila and top with ice cubes. Add orange juice and lime juice, and stir. Add Pomegranate Grenadine by slowly drizzling with one hand while rotating the glass with the other to create a "sunrise" effect. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

- Fill a small plate with 1/4 inch of water. Pour sugar onto a second small plate, making a depth of 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Gently dip the rim of a champagne glass into the water. Raise the glass to allow excess water to drip off, then dip the rim into the sugar. Twist the glass to ensure the entire rim is coated. Discard remaining sugar.
- Place cranberries in the bottom of the champagne glass. Add cranberry-pomegranate juice, orange juice, and champagne.

- Lightly spray 12 (2-oz) shot glasses with cooking spray; gently wipe any excess with paper towel. In 1-quart saucepan, pour orange juice; sprinkle 1 envelope gelatin evenly over juice to soften. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved; remove from heat. Stir in tequila. Divide orange juice mixture evenly among shot glasses (about 2 tablespoons per glass). In 9-inch square pan, place shot glasses. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until almost set.
- Meanwhile, in same saucepan, combine pomegranate juice, sugar and water. Sprinkle remaining 1 envelope gelatin evenly over juice to soften. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin is completely dissolved; remove from heat.
- Remove shot glasses from refrigerator (orange layer should appear mostly set). Pour pomegranate mixture evenly over top of orange layer in glasses (about 4 teaspoons per glass). Refrigerate at least 3 hours until completely chilled and firm.
- Just before serving, dip a table knife in hot water; slide knife along inside edge of shot glass to loosen. Shake jello shot out of glass onto plate; repeat with remaining jello shots. Serve each jello shot on top of whole orange slice or serve jello shots with orange slice wedges.
