PORCH SWING ICED TEA

Steps:

• Special Equipment: 1 highball glass
• Fill highball glass with ice cubes. Pour in vodka and your favorite iced tea.Garnish with lemon wheel and serve.

COUNTRY CHRISTMAS TEA

Steps:

• Pour 8 cups boiling water into a slow cooker. Add 16 chai tea bags; secure the lid with the tea bag tabs hanging outside and steep 10 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Stir in 1/2 cup each spiced rum and vanilla-flavored vodka and 2 cinnamon sticks. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours. Stir in 2 cups sweetened condensed milk; switch to the warm setting until ready to serve. Ladle into mugs and garnish with cinnamon sticks.
• If you don't have a slow cooker, keep these drinks warm in a saucepan on the stovetop over low heat.

ICED GINGER GREEN TEA

Steps:

• Put the green tea bags into a heatproof container and pour in 1 quart boiling water. Let steep until it comes to room temperature, about 1 hour. Remove the tea bags and discard.
• While the tea is steeping, in a saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 1 cup water, the sugar, and ginger to a boil. Stir to dissolve the sugar, remove from the heat, and allow to cool to room temperature, about 1 hour. Store the tea and ginger simple syrup in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
• To serve, fill glasses with ice and pour in the tea. Sweeten, to taste, with the ginger simple syrup. Garnish with a slice of ginger. For the adults, top each with 1/2 cup prosecco, if desired.

SOUTH BEACH TEA

Steps:

• With a melon baller, make small balls with the peaches, leaving the skin on for color. Layer crushed ice and peach balls in a hurricane glass. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the liquor and fruit juices. Shake vigorously until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly and chilled evenly. Strain into glass over peaches and ice. Top with lemon-lime soda. Garnish with a pineapple wedge on the rim of the glass and serve.
