6-8 potatoes, medium
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 pkg dry ranch dressing mix
1 c milk

Steps:

  • Chop potatoes into large pieces. Spray your slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and put potatoes on the bottom. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes. Mix together the condensed soups, Ranch dressing mix and milk. Pour on top of the pork chops and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.

salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
¾ cup milk
¼ cup water
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Season pork chops with salt and pepper to taste. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the pork chops in the butter for about 5 minutes per side.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine the milk, water and soup. Place the pork chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour the soup mixture over the chops.

6 pork chops
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
4 tablespoons oil
2 cups milk
Kitchen Bouquet

Steps:

  • Mix flour, salt and pepper in a plate or shallow dish.
  • Dredge pork chops in seasoned flour (reserve unused flour).
  • Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet.
  • When hot, add the flour coated pork chops and brown on medium-high.
  • Turn and brown on the other side.
  • Add 1/4 cup water.
  • Reduce heat, cover pan and simmer for 30 minutes or until pork chops are done.
  • Remove cover, increase the heat and recrisp the chops.
  • Remove chops to a paper towel lined plate.
  • Stir up any flour "crispies" to loosen.
  • Add more oil if needed to make about 3 tablespoons.
  • Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of the reserved seasoned flour to the hot oil, stirring constantly with a whisk until lightly browned.
  • Add 2 cups of milk all at once and continue stirring until thickened and bubbly.
  • If the gravy is too thick, add some water.
  • Add a couple of drops of gravy coloring (Kitchen Bouquet) if needed to give the gravy a rich color.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve pork chops with cream gravy.

1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
4 potatoes, thinly sliced
½ cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high-heat. Place the pork chops in the oil, and sear.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk. Arrange the potatoes and onions in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place the browned chops over the potatoes and onions, then pour the soup mixture over all.

4 medium pork chops (I used boneless cut about 1/2" thick, but any pork chops will be fine.)
1 can of your favorite cream soup (I used gluten-free cream of chicken, but you can use regular cream of mushroom, cream of celery, or cream of chicken.)
1 packet of ranch dressing mix
1/3 can of water (optional)

Steps:

  • Spray the inside of your slow cooker pot with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place the pork chops in the pot. Since I used a small slow cooker, I have them stacked 2 deep.
  • Pour the entire can of cream soup over the pork chops.
  • Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix over the soup.
  • If you want to add the water, pour that in last.
  • Put the lid on the slow cooker and turn it on low and let it cook for 6 hours.
  • Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes and your favorite vegetable.

2 pounds red potatoes (about 6 medium), cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1/4 cup water
6 boneless pork loin chops (6 ounces each)
2 cans (10-3/4 ounces each) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 cup 2% milk
1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

  • Place potatoes and water in a large microwave-safe dish. Microwave, covered, on high for 3-5 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender; drain., Transfer potatoes and pork chops to a 4- or 5-qt. slow cooker. In a bowl, mix condensed soup, milk and salad dressing mix; pour over pork chops. Cook, covered, on low 4-5 hours or until pork and potatoes are tender (a thermometer inserted in pork should read at least 145°). If desired, sprinkle with parsley.

6 -8 medium potatoes, chopped into large pieces
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (1 ounce) packages dry ranch dressing mix
1 cup milk

Steps:

  • In a bowl, mix together the soups, milk, and ranch dressing mixes and pour into a resealable gallon-sized freezer bag. Combine all other ingredients together and zip closed.
  • When ready to eat, remove from freezer and thaw in fridge for 24 hours. Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-7 hours.
  • Use the extra sauce in the slow cooker as a gravy for the potatoes and the pork chops. Sprinkle with dried parsley if you want.
