2 pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
1 tablespoon canola oil
2 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1 medium carrot, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Place in a greased 8-in. square baking pan. Layer potatoes, onion and carrot over chops. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. , Cover and bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until pork chops and vegetables are tender.

2 bone-in pork loin chops (1 inch thick)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons plus 1-1/2 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules
1/2 cup boiling water
1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Coat pork chops with flour. In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown chops in oil on both sides. Combine 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese and pepper; sprinkle over chops. Arrange potato and onion slices over chops. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese., Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; stir in lemon juice. Pour over chops. Sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover and simmer for 18-22 minutes or until meat juices run clear.

2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces (about 3 cups)
1 box (3.9 oz) Betty Crocker™ Teriyaki Sheet Pan Dinner Starter
1 lb pork tenderloin
1 bag (12 oz) fresh broccoli florets (about 5 cups)
1/4 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Line 18x13-inch rimmed sheet pan with cooking parchment paper. In large bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of the oil and the salt. Add sweet potatoes to bowl; toss to coat, and place in pan. Set bowl aside. Roast 10 minutes; stir.
  • In same bowl, add remaining 3 tablespoons oil and the seasoning mix (from box); add pork, and turn to coat. Place pork in pan with sweet potatoes. Roast 15 minutes longer.
  • Add broccoli to pan; stir. Roast 12 to 14 minutes longer or until pork is no longer pink (145°F) and potatoes are fork-tender.
  • Slice pork, then drizzle with sauce (from box). Top with green onions and cilantro.

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 small acorn squash
1 small unpeeled red cooking apple
1/3 cup Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
5 saltine crackers, crushed
1 egg white or 2 tablespoons fat-free egg product
1 tablespoon water
3 boneless pork loin chops, 1/2 inch thick (3/4 lb)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, mix brown sugar, margarine and cinnamon until crumbly; set aside. Cut squash into 1/2-inch rings. Cut rings in half; remove seeds. Cut apple into chunks.
  • In shallow dish, stir together Bisquick® mix, seasoned salt, pepper and cracker crumbs. In another shallow dish, mix egg white and water. Dip pork into egg mixture, then coat with Bisquick mixture.
  • Spray 10-inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Cook pork in skillet 6 to 8 minutes, turning once, until coating is brown.
  • Place pork in ungreased 8-inch square or 11x7-inch (2-quart) glass baking dish. Arrange squash and apples around pork. Sprinkle with brown sugar mixture. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until squash is tender and until pork is no longer pink in center.

1 medium onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
2 potatoes, sliced

Steps:

  • Place pork chops in a casserole dish.
  • Place 1 Tablespoon of rice on top of each one.
  • Cover with sliced tomato, then sliced onion and finally sliced potato.
  • pour warm water over all until you can see the water Cover and bake in 350 F oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
  • Hint, you can't over cook this as long as there is sufficient moisture.
