1 package (16 ounces) fat-free miniature pretzels
1/4 cup canola oil
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place pretzels in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. In a small bowl, mix oil and seasonings; drizzle over pretzels and toss to coat. , Bake, uncovered, 12 minutes, stirring twice. Cool on a wire rack. Store in an airtight container.

Here's an awesome party snack recipe that's completely gluten free. It's a savory sauce of butter, salts, garlic and even a bit of tang from Worcestershire sauce baked into pretzels, crackers, cashews, peanuts and more. Serve it up at your next party!

1 cup butter, melted
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons gluten free soy sauce
2 teaspoons celery salt
2 teaspoons garlic salt
3 cups Glutino® Pretzel Twists
1 pkg (4.4 oz each) Glutino® Multigrain Crackers, lightly crushed
2 cups crispy corn cereal squares
1/2 cup salted cashew pieces
1/2 cup dry roasted peanuts

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 275°F
  • Stir together butter, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, celery salt and garlic salt in large bow. Stir in pretzels, crackers, cereal, cashews and peanuts until well coated.
  • Pour onto large baking sheet. Bake 45 minutes, until nicely toasted, stirring occasionally. Cool and serve.

1 cup natural almonds
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 tablespoons dark-brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, toss together pretzels and almonds.
  • In a small saucepan, bring butter, sugar, cayenne, and 1 tablespoon water to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over pretzel mixture in bowl; gently toss to combine.
  • Spread pretzel mixture in a single layer on prepared sheet. Bake until almonds are crisp, about 20 minutes, tossing occasionally. Cool on sheet before serving.

1 (1 ounce) package dry ranch salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 (15 ounce) package mini twist pretzels

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together vegetable oil, dry ranch dressing mix, garlic salt and cayenne pepper.
  • Place pretzels in a medium baking dish. Coat with the vegetable oil mixture.
  • Stirring occasionally, bake coated pretzels uncovered in the preheated oven 2 hours, or until toasted and crispy.
