Steps:
- Put the cookie dough slices on parchment-lined baking sheets and slightly flatten each one. Bake according to the package instructions, then set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread some onto each cooled cookie. Arrange a kiwi slice, strawberry piece, raspberry and 2 blueberries on top of each. Warm the apple jelly in a small pan over low heat until just loosened, 2 to 3 minutes. Brush the fruit with the apple jelly to glaze it, then garnish each with a mint leaf.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Generously grease 12 2-inch tart tins.
- Roll out pastry. Cut 12 3-inch circles. Reserve pastry scraps. Fit pastry circles into greased tart tins. Spread 1 teaspoon of jam into bottom of each tart shell.
- In a small mixing bowl, beat together egg, sugar, and salt until light in color. Mix in milk and almonds. Spoon an equal amount of filling into each tart shell. Cut pastry scraps into small strips and form a cross on top of each tart.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until tops are golden brown.

I could eat the whole 12 to myself lol! Very easy and quick to make. Ideal for a children's party :o) (chill time isn't included in preparation time)

Steps:
- Roll out pastry thinly, line 12 (3 inch/ 7.5cm) patty tins.
- Chill for 15 minutes.
- Place a teaspoon of jam in each pastry case.
- Place in oven for 10-15 minutes on (200C/400F/GAS MARK 6) until pastry is golden brown.
- Once out of the oven, place a marshmallow in each tart and return to oven for 1 minute until the marshmallows are slightly melted
- Add sprinkles!
