QUICK ALFREDO SAUCE
This simple yet rich Alfredo sauce lets the flavors of the toppings shine on our Roman Thin-Crust Pizzas. You can also try it tossed with cooked pasta, or as a sandwich spread in place of mayonnaise.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a simmer. Add garlic; cook 1 minute. Add cream; return to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened slightly, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove from heat. Add cheese and whisk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool completely before using or storing. Sauce can be refrigerated in an airtight container up to 3 days (if too stiff to spread easily, rewarm slightly before using).

Stir in Parmesan and pepper. Remove from heat when sauce reaches desired consistency. Sauce will thicken rapidly, thin with milk if cooked too long. Toss with hot pasta to serve.

This alfredo sauce is lower in fat than most, as it is made with half and half. This is delicious over pasta and is easy to make. You can also make it the day before and refrigerate it until ready to use. Serve with a Caesar salad, and you have a delicious meal done in less than an hour.

Slowly beat the half and half into the sauce until completely incorporated. Stir the garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese into the sauce, whisking continually. - In a large saucepan, heat butter over medium heat. Add shallots; cook and stir until tender, 2-3 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add cream; cook and stir until heated through. Stir in Asiago, 1/2 cup Parmesan, Romano cheese, salt and pepper; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, about 10 minutes, whisking occasionally., Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water; place pasta in a large bowl. Add sauce; toss to coat. Thin as desired with reserved pasta water. Serve with the remaining 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese.

EASY, QUICK, AND BEST ALFREDO SAUCE
This sauce is fantastic and easy to make. A friend shared this recipe, and now it is the only one I use. The cream cheese is the secret, and it makes the sauce rich and delicious. It is not for people on a diet, and I make this for special occassions. My family is always requesting this sauce. My family loves rich food, and this recipe definitely meets that criteria. If you don't like your alfredo sauce to rich, I would suggest using another recipe or using regular milk. This is the best sauce I have ever had, so enjoy!

- Melt butter in non-stick pan over medium heat. If using onions, add to butter and cook until translucent.
- Add cream cheese and garlic powder, and whisk until very smooth and the clumps are out. Add cream or half and half a little at a time, continuing to whisk until smooth. This will take a few minutes, but it will turn out to be very smooth.
- Add Parmesan cheese and pepper, and cook until desired consistency. It can thicken quickly, and add more cream or half and half to thin.
- Toss with pasta and enjoy!
