If you love BBQ sauce, this is a tasty and easy dish to whip up when you're short on time. We like these BBQ chops with long grain rice mixed with turmeric and peas.

Ingredients

1 onion, finely chopped
1 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 thin pork chops
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Steps:

Preheat oven to 440 degrees F (227 degrees C).
Whisk onion, ketchup, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and cayenne pepper together in a bowl until barbeque sauce is smooth.
Place pork chops on a baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Top each pork chop with 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce.
Bake in the preheated oven until pork chops are cooked through, about 30 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

6 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick)
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
3/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup hot water

Steps:

Place chops, overlapping slightly if necessary, in a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 40 minutes, turning chops halfway through cooking.

4 boneless pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 4 ounces each)
1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons canola oil
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 bay leaf

Steps:

Sprinkle pork chops with 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. In a large cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet, cook chops in oil until browned, 3-4 minutes on each side. , In a small bowl, combine the water, ketchup, vinegar, celery seed, nutmeg, bay leaf and remaining salt. Pour over pork; bring to a boil., Cover and bake at 350° until a thermometer reads 145°, 15-20 minutes. Discard bay leaf.

Ingredients

4 pork chops (thin)
1 cup barbecue sauce (kraft thick and spicy brown sugar)
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
salt and pepper (to taste)

Steps:

preheat oven to 350°F.
Salt and pepper chops.
Place in 13x9 dish.
Mix barbecue sauce, honey and vinegar in a small bowl.
Spoon half over chops.
Bake 20 minutes.
Flip chops and spoon remaining sauce over them.
Bake 20 minutes.
Spoon sauce over chops and bake until done or if done serve em up!
We had green bean casserole and mashed potatoes with them.

8 pork chops
1 small onion, chopped
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet over medium high heat heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, add pork chops and brown them on both sides. Place in a casserole. In a bowl mix together chopped onion, 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, water, vinegar, chili sauce, brown sugar, dry mustard, hot pepper sauce, pour mixture over chops. Cover and roast for 40 minutes. Uncover casserole and roast for 20 minutes more
