I've made raspberry sauce so many ways and this is my favorite. Thanks to MSG Mark Morgan.

Steps:
- Combine the raspberries, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan. Whisk the cornstarch into the cold water until smooth. Add the mixture to the saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the desired consistency is reached. The sauce will thicken further as it cools.
- Puree the sauce in a blender or with a handheld immersion blender and strain it through a fine sieve. Serve warm or cold. The sauce will keep in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

RASPBERRY-FUDGE SAUCE

Steps:
- In a small mixing bowl stir together the cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Set aside.
- In a heavy medium saucepan heat whipping cream and butter over low heat until butter is melted, stirring constantly.
- Cook and stir over medium heat about 3 minutes or until mixture bubbles around edges.
- Add sugar mixture.
- Cook, stirring constantly, for 1-2 minutes more or until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth and thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir chocolate and raspberry liqueur into fudge mixture until chocolate is melted.
- Pour sauce into clean, dry half-pint jars.
- Seal with a lid.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
- Include directions with jar: heat sauce before serving.

RASPBERRY SAUCE
Steps:
- Place the package of raspberries, the granulated sugar, and 1/4 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for 4 minutes. Pour the cooked raspberries, the jam, and Framboise into the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade and process until smooth. Chill.

- Coat an outdoor grill or stovetop grill pan with cooking spray and preheat to medium-high.
- Arrange orange slices on hot grill and grill 2 minutes per side, until golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, combine fudge sauce and raspberry preserves. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds, until warm.
- Spoon frozen yogurt over orange slices and drizzle raspberry-fudge sauce over top.

- Combine rasperries, sugar, lemon juice, and salt in a small saucepan set over low heat. Cook until berries release their juices and just start to break down, about 5 minutes. Using a rubber spatula, press berries through a fine-mesh sieve; discard solids. Return strained juice to saucepan, stir in cornstarch, and cook until mixture comes to a boil. Let cool. BROWNIE TORTE WITH RASPBERRY SAUCE

- Heat oven to 400°F. Grease and flour round pan, 8x1 1/2 inches.
- In medium bowl, beat 1/2 cup sugar and the butter with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in eggs and melted chocolate until smooth and blended. Stir in flour. Pour into pan.
- Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center of torte comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, add enough water to reserved juice to measure 1 1/4 cups. In 1 1/2-quart saucepan, mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cornstarch. Stir in juice mixture and raspberries. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute; cool. Strain sauce through a strainer to remove seeds. Serve torte with sauce.

- Stir sugar, half and half, chocolate, corn syrup, butter and salt in heavy medium saucepan over low heat until sugar dissolves and chocolate melts. - In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, water, eggs, oil and vanilla; beat on low speed for 30 seconds. Beat on medium for 2 minutes. Fold in miniature chips. , Pour into three greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
