1 ounce raspberry puree (see note)
2 ounces raspberry vodka
2 ounces white cranberry juice
lemon juice, a slash (fresh)
1 raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • Note: to make raspberry puree, blend a pint of fresh raspberries with ½ to 1 oz simple syrup (1 part water, 1 part sugar).
  • Add raspberry puree into an empty martini glass; set aside.
  • Combine the raspberry vodka, white cranberry juice, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake vigorously; strain over the puree.
  • Drop in a whole raspberry for garnish.

1 (7 ounce) container marshmallow creme (2 cups)
2 cups whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 ounce) container raspberry yogurt
1 cup raspberry sherbet
1 prepared graham cracker crusts or 1 chocolate cookie pie crust

Steps:

  • Whisk together Marshmallow Creme and whipped topping until well blended, making sure that the mixture is smooth.
  • Stir in yogurt until well blended.
  • Mix sherbet in a separate bowl until soft and creamy.
  • Mix the sherbet with the marshmallow mixture and pour into prepared crust.
  • Freeze until firm.
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and serve.

This dip is excellet! It is so easy to make, and always gets rave reviews and recipe requests. I made this to give to my son's teachers at school in gift baskets along with Snyders pretzels, and a holiday chip and dip bowl. The teachers just loved it!

1/2 cup(s) honey
3-4 tablespoon(s) red raspberry preserves
11/2 tablespoon(s) mustard seeds
1 package(s) snyders dipping sticks pretzels

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine the mustard, honey, raspberry preserves, and mustard seeds. Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. It makes a great gift!!!

1 pint raspberries
1 mango, peeled, pitted, and cut into cubes
2 kiwifruit, halved
1/2 cup sparkling mineral water
1 1/2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
1/2 tablespoon superfine sugar, or to taste

Steps:

  • Alternate adding the raspberries, mango, and kiwis to the juicer, and process until juiced. Pour the juice into a glass, and add the water, grenadine, and sugar. Mix well.
