These apple pie-inspired crescent roll-ups are the perfect last-minute treat for any occasion. All you need is 30 minutes, five ingredients-including flaky, buttery crescent rolls and fresh Granny Smith apples-and a love for warm fall flavors!

1 small Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, cut into 8 (1/2-inch) slices
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon apple pie spice

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper, or grease cookie sheet. Set aside.
  • In small bowl, toss apple slices in 1 tablespoon of the melted butter; set aside. Separate dough into 8 triangles.
  • In small bowl, mix brown sugar and apple pie spice. Divide mixture evenly among triangles. Top each triangle with apple slice. Starting at short side of each triangle, wrap dough around apple. Place on cookie sheet. Brush with remaining 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crescents are deep golden brown and apples are softened. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

1 cup chopped walnuts
3/4 cup sugar

1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling, chopped
TOPPING:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cold butter
1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Unroll crescent dough into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan; seal seams and perforations. Bake at 375° for 10 minutes., Combine the walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; sprinkle over crust. 1 tbsp milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, bring water, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and lemon juice to a boil, stirring constantly until sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add apples, stir, reduce heat and let simmer for 8-10 minutes.

1 large egg, separated
2/3 cup sour cream

1/4 cup raisins, chopped
2/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. In a small bowl, whisk the egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla; add to crumb mixture and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight., Divide dough into thirds. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 10-in. circle. Combine the apple, walnuts, raisins, sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle 1/2 cup over each circle. cooking spray
1 large Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, cut into 8 (1/2-inch) slices
1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup apple juice
1 cup white sugar
½ cup unsalted butter
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a glass 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Wrap each apple slice with a crescent roll. Place in the prepared pan.
  • Combine apple juice, sugar, butter, and cinnamon in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave until butter is melted, heating in 30-second intervals. Mix well. Pour evenly over rolls. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

  • Set oven to 350°F.
  • Liberally butter a 9-inch square baking dish (use butter only not cooking spray).
  • Pour the orange juice in the bottom of a buttered baking pan.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough, and separate into 8 triangles.
  • Slice each lengthwise to make 16 rolls.
  • Cut each apple into 16 pieces.
  • Place an apple slice at the wide end of each strip, and roll up.
