1 dozen hard-cooked eggs
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon Frank’s Red-Hot Buffalo Wings sauce
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon celery salt (or substitute table salt)
2 tablespoons Frank’s Red-Hot Buffalo Wings sauce
1/3 cup very tiny-diced celery
24 tiny celery leaves

Steps:

  • Halve the eggs lengthwise and transfer the yolks to a mixing bowl. Set the egg white halves on a platter, cover, and refrigerate. With a fork, mash the yolks to a smooth consistency. Add the mayonnaise, sour cream, Frank's sauce, blue cheese, parsley, and celery salt, and mix until smooth. (You can also do this using an electric mixer with a whip attachment.) Taste and season accordingly. Spoon the mixture into a pastry bag fitted with a plain or large star tip, then pipe the mixture evenly into the egg white halves. Or fill the eggs with a spoon, dividing the filling evenly. To make the topping, in a small bowl, mix Frank's sauce with the celery until well coated. Top each egg half with about 1 teaspoon of the mixture and a celery leaf.

1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ranch dressing
2 tablespoons Louisiana hot sauce, such as Frank's RedHot, or more to taste
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese, plus more for serving
1 stalk celery, finely diced, leaves reserved

Steps:

  • Cut the eggs in half and scoop out the yolks into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment; set the whites aside. Add the mayo, ranch and hot sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and whip until smooth. Fold in the blue cheese and diced celery using a rubber spatula.
  • Using a small spoon, fill each egg white half with a generous mound of filling. Top with the extra blue cheese and reserved celery leaves and serve.

  • Mash yolks and blend in sour cream, mustard and Frank's RedHot® Sauce.
  • Spoon/pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves.
  • Top each egg half with a blue cheese crumbles, and a French's® Crispy Fried Onion and a celery leaf.
  • Arrange on platter.
  • Chill, covered.

1/4 cup hot sauce, plus more for garnish
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sour cream
1 to 2 stalks celery, finely diced, plus celery leaves, for garnish
3 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese

Steps:

  • Place the eggs in cold water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Cover, turn off the heat and let sit for 13 minutes. Prepare an ice bath, drop the eggs into it and let sit for 3 minutes.
  • Remove the eggs; peel and split lengthwise. Scoop out the yolks and put them in a medium bowl. Add the hot sauce, mayonnaise, sour cream and celery to the yolks and mix to combine. Pipe or scoop the filling back into the egg white cavities. Garnish with blue cheese, celery leaves and more hot sauce.

8 hard-boiled eggs, halved lengthwise with yolks and whites separated
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 stalk celery, minced
2 tablespoons minced Anaheim chile pepper
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 ½ tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon hot Buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's® REDHOT Buffalo Wing Sauce), or to taste
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons finely grated Cheddar cheese, or more to taste

Steps:

  • Beat egg yolks, celery, yogurt, Anaheim pepper, mayonnaise, mustard, Buffalo wing sauce, garlic salt, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika together in a bowl with a fork until mixture is creamy and smooth. Mix in Cheddar cheese.
  • Place egg white halves on a platter. Spoon egg yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves.

  • Place the eggs in a saucepan just large enough to hold them all in one layer. Add water to cover by 1 1/2 inches. Add 1 tablespoon salt. Partially cover the pan and bring to a full rolling boil. Cover, reduce heat to low and leave on heat for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, for 15 minutes. Pour off hot water and rinse eggs under cold running water for 5 minutes. Pour off the water and shake the pans to crack the eggs. Peel under cold running water.
  • Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise. Transfer yolks to a bowl. Cover and chill yolks and whites separately for 1 hour.
  • In a large bowl, mash the yolks with a fork. Mash in the mayonnaise and 3 tablespoons of hot sauce. Taste and add more hot sauce until mixture reaches desired spiciness. Stir until well blended. If needed, add a little more mayonnaise to add more moisture to mixture. Then salt to taste (if also needed).
