BAKED GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN
A wonderful baked chicken recipe that's quick and easy! Using just a few handy ingredients, create a delicious main dish, that also makes great leftovers - if there are any! Serve with a salad and pasta or rice for a quick, scrumptious dinner.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, blend the olive oil and garlic. In a separate bowl, mix the bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, and pepper. Dip each chicken breast in the oil mixture, then in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish, and top with any remaining bread crumb mixture.
- Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

GARLIC PARMESAN CHICKEN
Buttery, baked chicken with a garlic parmesan breading. A simple butter mixture bakes into the garlic parmesan chicken to keep it tender.

Steps:
- The chicken breasts we used were large (3 chicken breasts = 2 1/3 pounds). If the chicken breasts you are using are also large cut them in half to get 6 pieces.
- Place the chicken breasts in a zippered bag. Use the side of a meat tenderizer to pound the chicken breasts to 1/2" thickness throughout so they cook evenly.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Place 1/4 cup butter in a 9x13 pan and place it in the oven for the butter to melt while the oven heats.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Place milk in another shallow bowl.
- Dip chicken in milk, then roll it in the crumb mixture.
- Place chicken in the baking dish with the melted butter.
- Combine the butter, garlic and lemon juice and drizzle over the chicken, then sprinkle on the paprika.
- Cover the pan loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover the pan, turn the chicken and bake uncovered for an additional 15 minutes. The baking time will depend on the thickness of the chicken, so be sure to check it to make sure it is thoroughly cooked. The internal temperature should be 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

GARLICKY CHICKEN PARMESAN
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Set a wire rack into a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle the chicken on both sides with salt and pepper.
- Combine the flour and some salt and pepper in a medium baking dish. In a second baking dish, combine the eggs, milk and minced garlic. In a third dish, combine the panko and garlic salt.
- Dredge the chicken breasts through the flour mixture, dusting off any excess; then through the egg mixture, letting excess drip off; and then through the panko breadcrumbs, making sure to coat the breasts on each side. Set the breaded chicken breasts on the wire rack and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the breading time to set.
- Fill a large, deep skillet halfway with vegetable oil and heat to 375 degrees F on a deep-fry thermometer.
- Using tongs, carefully place the breaded chicken in the hot oil, working in batches to avoid crowding the pan. Fry until light golden on both sides, about 4 minutes. Return the chicken to the wire rack.
- Dollop 2 tablespoons of Marinara Sauce over each piece of chicken and sprinkle the chicken evenly with the Parmesan and mozzarella. Transfer to the oven and bake until the chicken is cooked through, about 15 minutes. Serve warm.
- Heat the olive oil in a large heavy-bottomed pot over a medium-high flame. Add the onions and garlic and saute until the onions are translucent, about 10 minutes. Add the carrots and celery, season with salt and pepper and saute until all the vegetables are soft, another 10 minutes. Add the tomatoes and oregano and simmer, uncovered, over low heat until the sauce has thickened, about 1 hour. Season to taste with more salt and pepper.
CRISPY GARLIC-PARMESAN CHICKEN
Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. Between pieces of plastic wrap or waxed paper, place each chicken breast smooth side down; gently pound with flat side of meat mallet or rolling pin until about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. In shallow dish, mix butter, 3 tablespoons of the cooking sauce and the garlic powder. In another shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then dip into bread crumb mixture to coat. Place on cookie sheet.
- 3. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165 degrees F) and coating is golden brown. Meanwhile, heat remaining sauce until hot. Serve chicken with pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with additional cheese and basil.
RESTAURANT-STYLE PARMESAN CHICKEN

- CUT 3 slits on the top of the chicken breasts (if frozen thaw first) and place in appropriately sized container.
- MIX dressing and parmesan cheese.
- POUR dressing/cheese mix over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Overnight is ideal.
- PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees F.
- COVER baking sheet with foil.
- PLACE marinade breasts on foil covered baking sheet.
- POUR leftover marinade on top of breasts.
- BAKE for 20 minutes.

BREADED GARLIC-PARMESAN CHICKEN THIGHS
Instead of frying, these breaded chicken thighs are baked in the oven. Chicken thighs are more juicy than chicken breasts, and more forgiving, if they stay in the oven a minute too long. It's always best to rely on a meat thermometer, though. Nearly any vegetable or salad will work as a side. I pulled out some leftovers and hardly anyone noticed because of the tasty chicken.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan or roasting dish with avocado oil.
- Stir egg, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a wide shallow bowl until well combined. Combine panko and Parmesan cheese on a plate.
- Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Dip each thigh into the egg mixture, then place on the panko mixture and cover both sides with crumbs, shaking off any excess. Transfer to the prepared pan in a single layer, and spray the tops lightly with avocado oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 25 to 35 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of each thigh should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

GARLIC PARMESAN PARCHMENT-BAKED CHICKEN RECIPE BY TASTY

- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up.
- Slice the zucchini into rounds and lay them on one half of the parchment paper.
- Mix the minced garlic and butter in a small bowl and spoon half of the garlic butter on top of the zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Lay the chicken on the zucchini, season with salt and pepper and spoon on the rest of the garlic butter. Top with parmesan.
- Fold the parchment paper over the chicken, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until internal temperature of chicken reaches 165˚F (75˚C).

- Sprinkle chicken with olive oil. Sprinkle chicken with ozark seasoning and garlic paste. Coat chicken in flour. Cook on high heat until browned. Add garlic, white grape juice, white wine, butter or low calorie substitute, and artichoke hearts. Cook on medium heat as it boils for 10-15 minutes. Add chopped bell pepper and cook until peppers are slightly softened and sauce is thick. Sprinkle with parmesean cheese once sauce is thickened.

- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large heavy skillet or pan. Add chicken to the pan and cook for 5-6 minute per side or until the outside is golden and the chicken is cooked through (cooking times will vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts).
- Remove chicken from the pan, reduce heat to low-medium, and add garlic; stir for 30 seconds. Add the cream, Italian seasoning, and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine. Stir in 1 cup of chopped spinach if desired. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for another minute then turn off heat. Spoon sauce over chicken. Serve with pasta or veggies.
