CHEESY ONION ARTICHOKE DIP
Guests will love this hot and cheesy artichoke dip. Made with cream cheese, artichoke hearts, parmesan and mozzarella, this cheese blend dip is sure to be a hit. Serve hot with fresh veggies, crackers or crostini.

Steps:
- Heat the oil in a nonstick medium skillet. Add the onions, season with 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until caramelized, 25 minutes; set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with a hand-held electric mixer until smooth; beat in the mayonnaise until smooth. Add the reserved caramelized onions, the artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, hot sauce, Worcestershire and half of the green onions. Add an additional 1/4 teaspoon of salt and some black pepper to taste and stir together until combined. Transfer the dip to a pie plate or shallow gratin dish and bake until the top is golden brown, 30 to 40 minutes.
- Serve hot with crackers, tortilla chips, crostini or veggies. Garnish with the remaining green onions.
RIDICULOUSLY CHEESY ONION AND ARTICHOK DIP

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 1-quart baking dish.
- Add butter to a small skillet. Turn the heat on medium-high. Once butter has melted and begins to brown on the edges, swirl the pan. Continue to swirl the pan until the butter turns a deep brown color and smells nutty, about 2 minutes. Add onions and salt. Reduce the heat to a medium-low and cook onions and caramelized and brown, about 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Once onions have caramelized add garlic. Cook 1 minute. Add red pepper flakes and sweet vermouth. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 1 minute.
- Add cream cheese, sour cream, gruyere. mozzarella, mustard, pepper and artichoke hearts. Stir until combined. Transfer to a baking dish and bake until bubbly and golden brown, about 15 minutes.
- Serve with crackers

- In a bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, onion, parsley and garlic salt. Spoon into an ungreased 1-qt. baking dish. Top with remaining Parmesan cheese. , Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20 minutes. If desired, use fresh artichokes as serving "bowls". Remove the center leaves, leaving a hollow shell; spoon dip into shell. Serve warm with crackers.

WARM AND CHEESY ONION DIP
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, onions, Parmesan, jalapeno, pepper and the 2 tablespoons chives. Beat on medium speed until combined. (Alternatively, combine the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir until combined.)
- Transfer the dip to a 9- or 10-inch pie plate or square baking dish, smoothing it into an even layer.
- Bake the dip until it is dark golden brown on top and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
- Remove the dip from the oven, let cool slightly, then garnish with the remaining chives and serve with toasts or veggies for dipping.
