LIGHT ROSE WATER LEMONADE
Rose water has been used for centuries in the Middle East, but is not yet mainstream in the U.S. It's sweet, refreshing, and fragrant. Its flavor is subtle, the perfect partner to a glass of fruity lemonade. I think I'm now addicted to it!

Steps:
- Combine water, lemon juice, sugar substitute, rose water, and salt in a large pitcher; stir well.
- Chill lemonade in the refrigerator. Serve over ice.

- saute onion in butter
- add bell pepper and garlic
- saute until done translucent
- add tomatoes and herbs and spices
- add tuna undrained juice and all
- mix.
- cook until tomatoes are soft
- cover with rice and let set covered 10 minutes
- flip over on plate with tuna mix being on top.

Steps:
- In Dutch oven brown meat. Drain.
- Brown onion and garlic. Add reserved meat back into Dutch oven.
- Add carrots, garbanzos, tomatoes, beef broth, water, wine, bay leaf, salt and pepper and basil.
- Boil. Then simmer 45 minutes, covered.
- After 45 minutes, add ditalini. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add peas and cook 10 more minutes. .
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, bread and salad.
