Steps:
- Combine ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment. Whisk on medium speed, stopping to scrape down the bowl, until glossy and stiff, about 5 minutes.
- This is a good consistency for piping; if spreading the frosting, thin with more lemon juice (a teaspoon at a time) until desired consistency.

This is just a basic frosting, more airy than creamy. Can be flavored with 1 tsp of any kind of extract. Non-dairy!

This is an easy frosting recipe I have tweaked to my liking after a few tries. It is very tasty and is pretty easy to make.

- Beat confectioners' sugar and margarine together using an electric mixer on low speed. Add 1/4 teaspoon water to increase creaminess if needed. Add vanilla extract. Increase speed to high and continue to mix until frosting is stiff. Refrigerate until ready to use.
