This is one of my new adopted recipes. I have added some of the things I love in a Bloody Mary. Enjoy!!

Ingredients

1 1/2 ounces vodka
3 ounces tomato juice
1 lemon, juice of
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce
pepper
salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 tablespoon prepared horseradish (optional)
green onions (optional) or pickled green bean, to garnish (optional)

Steps:

Rub lemon or lime around rim of glass and then put the rim in margarita salt or Tony Chachers, if desired.
Add ice to glass.
Mix Vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt, Pepper, celery salt and horseradish (if using) and pour in glass.
Garnish with lemon or lime wedge, celery stalk, green onion or pickled green bean.

Ingredients

5 ice cubes
1 (6 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
2 fluid ounces dry gin
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon brine from olive jar
1 pinch hot chili powder
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch ground cumin
¼ teaspoon celery salt
¼ teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon prepared horseradish
1 celery stalk
1 small dill pickle
2 stuffed green olives
1 wedge lemon

Steps:

Place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, and pour in tomato juice, gin, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, celery salt, pepper, and horseradish. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Pour contents (including ice) into a 12 ounce highball glass. Garnish with celery, pickle, olives, and lemon wedge before serving.

Fire up your grill—gas, charcoal, wood, whatever you've got working for you—and place the bell and jalapeño peppers directly on the grill grates.
If your tomatoes are small, you may want to put them in a grill basket; if they're larger grape tomatoes, place them directly on the grates as well.
Grill the vegetables until the skin is good and charred, turning the veg as needed to make sure all sides get contact time with the grill. (Alternatively, you can roast whole peppers and tomatoes directly over a gas burner on the stovetop or under the broiler until the skin blackens and blisters.)
Place the roasted red peppers in a bowl and cover with a lid or plate for 15 minutes. The steam released by the pepper will separate the skin from the pepper for easy peeling.
