RUM AND COCONUT WATER RECIPE



Rum and Coconut Water Recipe image

This drink requires the simplest of preparations, yet it's almost wholly unexpected by the average imbiber. For assertiveness, it uses a good, amber rum-Appleton Extra is a good choice, as are Angostura 1919 and Bacardi 8- and for unparalleled refreshment impact, chilled coconut water.

From a show I was watching "Jamaica, the Wickedest place on Earth". Try this, it is so simple and so good. I used Goya (it has little bits of coconut in it) Aboulutely delicious and refreshing. I cheated and mixed in cream of coconut.
