3 T low sodium soy sauce
1 T grated & peeled fresh ginger
2 T fresh lime juice
1/4 t fresh ground pepper
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 (7 oz) salmon fillets

Steps:

  • Marinate 12 hrs or overnight, turning once.

1/2 t Ground pepper
1/8 Morton salt
1/3 c Brown sugar
1/3 - 1/2 c Soy sauce

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together. Pour over salmon, seal in plastic bag or dish. Refrigerate & let chill for 12 hrs or overnight.
