Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 F. Separate crescent rolls into sixteen triangles. Place in two ungreased 12 inch rimmed pizza pans with points toward the center. In each pan, press rolls together, seal perforations and form a circle 1 inch larger in diameter than bottom of pan. Turn edges under to make a slight rim.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage evenly over each crust. Top with potatoes; add peppers and/or green onions, if desired. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper in small bowl: stir well. Pour half of the egg mixture evenly over each pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until eggs are set and crusts are golden.
GRILLED BREAKFAST PIZZA WITH SAUSAGE GRAVY
All the classic flavors of a Southern breakfast-on a pizza! Make the sausage gravy indoors, and then turn your outdoor grill into a pizza oven.

Steps:
- Prepare an outdoor grill for cooking over medium heat. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage and cook, stirring and breaking up with a wooden spoon, until browned and cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from the heat, and use a slotted spoon to transfer the sausage to a plate.
- Reserving 2 tablespoons of drippings in the skillet (drain or add oil as needed), return it to medium-high heat. Whisk in the flour and cook, whisking frequently, until the mixture becomes loose and turns a light tan color, 1 to 2 minutes. Slowly whisk in the milk, 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Simmer, whisking frequently, until the sauce has thickened to the consistency of thin gravy, 6 to 8 minutes. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet and stir. Remove from the heat, cover and set aside.
- Divide the pizza dough into 4 balls. Dust a clean flat work surface with flour, and roll each ball into an 8-inch circle. Transfer the dough circles to the prepared baking sheet, and brush both sides with oil.
- Lightly oil the grill grates. Grill the crusts until they start to puff and distinct grill marks appear on the underside, about 1 minute. Flip. Evenly divide the Cheddar among the crusts, leaving a small well empty in the center of each. Immediately crack 1 egg into each well. Grill, covered, until the whites have completely set and the Cheddar has melted, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, reheat the sausage gravy if needed. Remove the pizzas from the grill and drizzle each with a couple spoonfuls of warm gravy. Garnish with the scallions. Serve immediately with hot sauce and any remaining gravy served on the side.
SAUSAGE AND EGG PIZZA
I love breakfast pizza, but not all the fat and calories that go along with it. My lighter version gives you a big energy boost whether you eat it at brunch, dinner or somewhere in between. -Vicki Meyers, Castalia, Ohio

BISCUITS AND SAUSAGE GRAVY BREAKFAST PIZZA
My family's favorite Sunday morning meal is my delicious and easy biscuits and gravy. One morning I decided to double the sausage gravy batch and try out a new recipe - biscuits and gravy pizza! Absolutely amazing. Now my family asks for this just as much as the standard biscuits and gravy. The recipe calls for about half of the amount of gravy that is made; we either make two pizzas with it, or freeze the rest for a later date!

Last summer, while we were building our new house, our grill served as my temporary stove. Among the recipes I experimented with was this crispy thin-crust pizza. It met with such approval, guests were eager to try it in their own backyards.

GRILLED VEGGIE SAUSAGE PIZZA
Wonderful for hot days when you don't want to turn your oven on. Found this in Taste of Home Backyard Grilling and made some significant changes to suit our taste. I used my Kitchen Aide Mixer for this. This pizza crust does not require cooking before adding your toppings. Of course, you can add any of your favorite toppings you like. I did in this recipe. I don't usually measure out the cheese when I made pizza, so use as much or as little as you like. You can tell when it's enough. This makes 2 12 inch pizzas or 1 large one.Hope you enjoy.

Steps:
- In the Kitchen Aide mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let it stand for 5-10 minutes or until it foams.
- Add the sugar, oil, salt, garlic salt, oregano and 1 1/2 cups flour.
- Using the dough hook at speed 1 or 2, knead dough, adding in enough of the remaining flour to form a soft dough.
- Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 6-8 minutes.
- Before transferring to a greased bowl and turning once to grease the top, give the dough 3-4 kneads by hand.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
- Wrap foil over the outside bottom of two 12-in-pizza pans. (We used a large pizza pan).
- Grease pans, dust with cornmeal and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink.
- Drain on paper towels and set aside.
- Divide dough in half if using the 2 small pizza pans.
- Spread the dough over the surfast of each pan. (I use a rolling pin to get it as close to the edge as possible then spread it further with my hand.).
- Build up edges slightly.
- Spread pizza sauce over crusts.
- Sprinkle with sausage, cheese, mushrooms, peppers, and onions.
- Grill, covered, over medium heat for 15-20 minutes or until bottom of crust is browned and cheese is melted. (If you go to much over the 20 minutes the bottom of the pizza will burn. Try not to lift the lid any more than you have to).

- Put a cast iron pizza pan in the oven. Preheat to 500 degrees F (leave the pan in while it preheats). See notes if you don't have one.
- Meanwhile, roll pizza dough out to diameter of pan (about 12-14 inches). If you haven't already done so, prepare remaining toppings by cooking sausage, grating cheese, slicing onion, etc.
- Using a pizza paddle, slide pizza dough onto pan. It will immediately begin to cook on the bottom. (If you don't have one, you can transfer it carefully with your hands, being sure not to touch pan at all!)
