Nonstick cooking spray
12 ounce fingerling and/or new potatoes, halved or quartered
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and black pepper
0.333 cup barbecue sauce
0.25 cup fine dry bread crumbs
0.25 cup finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound lean ground beef
8 ounce green beans, trimmed
1 teaspoon olive oil
0.25 cup barbecue sauce

Steps:

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 15x10-inch baking pan with foil; coat foil with cooking spray. Place potatoes in one half of prepared pan. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 20 minutes, stirring once.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine next four ingredients (through garlic powder). Add ground beef; mix lightly until combined. Shape into four 3 1/2x2-inch meat loaves.
In a medium bowl drizzle green beans with 1 tsp. oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper; toss to coat. Place loaves and green beans in pan with potatoes. Bake 20 to 23 minutes more or until loaves are done (160°F) and potatoes and beans are tender.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a large sheet pan with aluminum foil. Lightly mist the aluminum foil with cooking spray and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, toss the cut potatoes in 2 ½ teaspoons of the olive oil until coated. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and transfer to a single layer on the cookie sheet. Place in the heated oven and roast for 20 minutes.
While the potatoes are cooking, place the green beans in the mixing bowl you just used for the potatoes. Toss in the remaining 2 teaspoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Set aside. In a separate mixing bowl, add the beef, onion, breadcrumbs, 1/3 cup of the barbecue sauce and the garlic powder. Stir or mush together until well combined.
Remove the baking sheet with the potatoes from the oven and flip each of the potatoes to another side. Move the potatoes to one third of the cookie sheet, keeping them in a single layer. Use your hands to form four mini loaves (about 3 inches in diameter) from the meat mixture and place them on the sheet pan. Transfer the green beans to the remaining space on the sheet pan and return the pan to the oven.

Add the potatoes and green beans to the baking sheet. Drizzle with the olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well until the veggies are evenly coated in oil and seasoning. Push the veggies over to one side so that they only cover 2/3 of the baking sheet.
In a large bowl, add the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, beaten egg, 2 Tablespoons of ketchup, the Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Use your hands to mush and mix these ingredients together until well combined.
Top each meatloaf with 1 Tablespoon of ketchup. Spread the ketchup over the tops of the meatloaves.
