SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE
This Shrimp and Sausage Sheet Pan dinner is super simple and perfect for weeknight dinners. It's made with chicken sausage, peppers, onion, celery and shrimp and potatoes to make it a complete one pan meal!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix together sage, salt, thyme and pepper in a small dish.
- Toss potatoes, peppers, onion and celery with 4 teaspoons oil and about half of the spice mixture in a large bowl until coated. Spread out on a large baking sheet and transfer to the oven. Roast 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toss sausage and shrimp in the bowl with the remaining 2 teaspoons olive oil and spice mixture until coated.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven. Add the shrimp and Sausage mixture to the sheet pan and toss to combine with the vegetables. Return to the oven and roast until the shrimp are cooked through and the sausage is hot all the way through, 6 to 8 minutes.

SUNNY'S SHEET PAN SHRIMP "BOIL"

- Microwave the bag of potatoes for 6 minutes, then cut potatoes in half or quarters, depending on the size.
- Add the corn, lemon, potatoes, sausage, butter and thyme to a large bowl. Toss together and place everything on the sheet pan with the corn standing on end and the sausage pieces sliced-side down.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Make a pouch using 2 sheets of aluminum foil, sealing the edges very well. Place the shrimp in the pouch and add the seafood seasoning. Add the beer and close the pouch. Place the pouch on the sheet pan, atop the sausage and vegetables. Place the sheet pan in the oven and roast until the potatoes are soft and the sausage is sizzling, 35 to 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully open the shrimp pouch. Pour the pouch over the sheet pan and serve.
SHEET PAN SHRIMP BOIL RECIPE BY TASTY
Here's what you need: baby dutch yellow potato, corn, unsalted butter, garlic, old bay seasoning, medium shrimp, smoked andouille sausage, lemon, fresh parsley

- Preheat oven to 400˚F (200˚C).
- In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes until just tender and parboiled, about 10-13 minutes. Stir in corn during the last 5 minutes of cooking time and drain well.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic, and Old Bay Seasoning.
- Place potatoes, corn, shrimp and sausage in a single layer onto a greased baking sheet. Gently toss with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and corn is tender.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges, and sprinkle with parsley.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Place potatoes in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan; drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon sea salt; stir to combine. Bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, squeeze 1/3 cup juice from limes, reserving fruit. Combine the lime juice, melted butter, chipotle and remaining sea salt., Remove pan from the oven; stir potatoes. Arrange asparagus, Broccolini, shrimp and reserved limes on top of potatoes. SHEET PAN SHRIMP AND SAUSAGE BAKE

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray.
- Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, 10 to 12 minutes. Add corn and boil for an additional 5 minutes. Drain. Cut corn into thirds.
- Meanwhile, combine 3 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons Creole seasoning, juice from 1 lemon, garlic, Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well to combine and set seasoning mixture aside.
- Combine boiled potatoes and corn, all the bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, onion, and sausage slices in a large bowl. Add seasoning mixture and mix evenly.
- Spread potato mixture onto a sheet pan in a single layer. Place lemon wedges evenly on all sides of the sheet pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine shrimp, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, and 1/2 teaspoon Creole seasoning in a bowl. Marinate for a few minutes. Add shrimp to the sheet pan with the potato mixture after 8 minutes of baking and mix to combine.
- Return sheet pan to the oven and cook until shrimp are opaque, 6 to 8 minutes. Remove lemon wedges and garnish with parsley and green onions.

- Arrange the sausage pieces on ⅓ of a large sheet pan. Arrange the cut potatoes on another ⅓ of the pan. Drizzle the potatoes with olive oil, enough to coat them well (about 1 to 2 TBSP) and season the potatoes generously with salt and Old Bay. Toss to coast. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Drizzle the zucchini with a little oil, and season them with some Old Bay. After the initial 15 minutes, remove the sheet pan from the oven and arrange the zucchini slices right on top of the sausage. Give the potatoes a little turn/stir. Bake for 10 minutes.
- Lastly, after 10 minutes, toss the shrimp with a little olive oil and season generously with Old Bay (and a little salt, if you’re me). Arrange in an even layer on the last open ⅓ of the sheet pan. Bake for 7 minutes or until just pink and curled. Enjoy right away with whatever dipping sauce you like (or just as is).
