2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
10 ounces medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
3/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
6 ounces fresh baby spinach
1 1/4 ounces Parmesan cheese, shaved

Steps:

  • 1. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. 2. Melt butter and oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic to pan; cook 1 minute. Remove garlic from pan with a slotted spoon; place in a small bowl. Increase heat to medium-high. Add shrimp, salt, and pepper to pan; cook 4 minutes or until shrimp are done, stirring occasionally. Add pasta, spinach, and garlic to pan; cook 1 minute or until the spinach wilts, tossing to coat. 3. Sprinkle with cheese.

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound uncooked shrimp (31-40 per pound), peeled and deveined
2 medium plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute spinach in oil for 2 minutes or until spinach begins to wilt. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. , Add the shrimp, tomatoes, Italian seasoning and salt; saute 2-3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Drain fettuccine and add to skillet; toss to coat. 2 cups carrots, sliced diagonally
10 -12 ounces fettuccine pasta
2 cups broccoli florets
2/3 cup margarine or 2/3 cup butter
3 tablespoons flour (heaping tablespoons)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cups milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 1/2 lbs steamed large shrimp, shelled and deveined

Steps:

  • Boil 8 c water in 3 qt saucepan.
  • Add carrots and fettuccine.
  • Cook over med heat for 6 minute add broccoli and continue to cook 4-5 minute or until broccoli is tender crisp.
  • Drain in colander. rinse with hot water and set aside.
  • In large pan or dutch oven melt margarine/butter. Stir in flour and salt. Heat to bubbling.
  • Add milk and cook over med heat stirring occasionally to a full boil.
  • Boil 1 min and turn heat to low and add shrimp and lemon juice, then fettuccine mixture.
  • Continue cooking on low until all ingredients are heated through (about 3-4 min).
  • Stir 1/2 Parmesan cheese into dish and other 1/2 sprinkle over top.
  • Serve immediately with a robust glass of wine.

1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ lb bacon, cooked, cut into small strips
7 oz baby spinach
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 lb fettuccine pasta, cooked
¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
⅓ cup fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • In a large pot, heat the butter over medium-high heat until browned.
  • Toss in the shrimp and season with salt and black pepper. Sear just until pink on both sides. Remove the shrimp from the pot and set aside.
  • Sauté the garlic and bacon until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in the spinach and stir until it begins to wilt.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and stir the pot to combine. Let the sauce come up to a simmer and reduce until thick and creamy, about 5 minutes.
  • Toss in the fettuccine, sprinkle over the parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle in the parsley and add the shrimp back to the pot. Toss until everything has warmed through.

1 bunch fresh asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1 inch pieces
¾ cup olive oil, or more if needed
6 cloves garlic, pressed
salt and pepper to taste
1 pound dry fettuccine pasta
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 pound uncooked shrimp - peeled, deveined, and tails removed
2 tablespoons seafood seasoning (such as Old Bay®), or to taste
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, or more if desired

Steps:

  • Separate the asparagus tips from the rest of the cut pieces, and set the tips aside. Heat 3/4 cup of olive oil over medium heat. Cook and stir the garlic in the hot oil until it begins to turn brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in the cut pieces of asparagus (not the tips), and season with salt and pepper. Cook and stir the asparagus until tender but still bright green, about 10 minutes, then add the asparagus tips. Cook and stir for 5 more minutes.
  • While the asparagus is cooking, fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the fettuccine, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink, return to the pot, and drizzle 2 teaspoons of olive oil over the pasta.
  • Remove the asparagus from the skillet with a slotted spoon, leaving oil in skillet, and set the asparagus aside. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels, and place in the hot skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle the shrimp with the seafood seasoning, and cook and stir the shrimp until they are pink and no longer translucent. Return the asparagus to the skillet, and cook the shrimp and asparagus until thoroughly heated, 2 to 3 more minutes.
  • Stir the shrimp and asparagus into the cooked fettuccine, and toss with shredded Parmesan cheese. The olive oil serves as the sauce, so add more as needed to generously coat the pasta, shrimp and asparagus.

1 lb shrimp
6 tablespoons butter, divided
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 cups half-and-half
1 1/3 cups parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon flour
1 (16 ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
cajun seasoning
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper (approximately)

Steps:

  • Heat the water for the pasta.
  • Rinse, peel, and devein your shrimp.
  • Sprinkle the shrimp with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
  • In a small bowl stir together the flour and grated parmesan.
  • Add your pasta to the boiling water.
  • Heat 4TBSP of butter in one skillet over medium heat, add four cloves of minced garlic and sautee for a minute.
  • Add drained spinach and stir often until heated through.
  • While the spinach is heating, melt 2TBSP butter in a second skillet over medium to medium high heat. Watch this pan carefully you do not want to burn the butter.
  • Stir 1 1/2 cups half and half into the spinach.
  • Slowly sprinkle in the parmesan/flour combination stirring well.
  • Reduce heat to low, season with pepper and stir occasionally.
  • Add shrimp to the butter in the second skillet, reduce heat to medium and stir. The shrimp will cook quickly and it is important to remove them from the heat as soon as they are pink and the flesh is no longer translucent. If the shimp is overcooked it will become rubbery.
  • Drain the pasta.
  • To give your plates a professional look, scoop a serving of fettucini into the center of the plate and with tongs give the whole bunch a twist. This brings the noodles into a nice pile.
  • Scoop a ladlefull of sauce over the noodles and arrange the shrimp on top.
