15-Minute Sheet-Pan Chicken Tenders & Broccoli with Everything Bagel Seasoning image

Dinner is ready in only 15 minutes and cleanup is a breeze with these easy broiled chicken tenders coated in everything bagel seasoning with fresh broccoli on the side. The three-ingredient dipping sauce adds just a hint of sweet and spice.

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
4 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning, divided
½ teaspoon ground pepper, divided
1 12-ounce package broccoli florets (about 6 cups)
1 pound chicken tenders
⅓ cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons honey

Steps:

  • Place rack in upper third of oven. Preheat broiler to high. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil.
  • Combine 2 tablespoons oil, 2 teaspoons bagel seasoning and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a large bowl. Add broccoli; stir to coat, then spread evenly on one half of the prepared baking sheet.
  • Combine the remaining 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons bagel seasoning and ¼ teaspoon pepper in the bowl. Add chicken and stir to coat. Arrange on the empty side of the baking sheet. Broil, turning the pan once, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender and browned, about 8 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, combine yogurt, mustard and honey in a small bowl. Serve the sauce with the chicken and broccoli.

Easy Baked Chicken Tenders image

A wholesome twist on the classic favorite chicken tenders....I personally would prefer these baked over fried any day!

vegetable cooking spray (such as I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!®)
1 egg, beaten
1 ¼ cups panko bread crumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
4 skinless, boneless chicken tenders, cut into 1/2-inch strips lengthwise

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place egg in a shallow dish. Place bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a large zip-top freezer bag and mix well. Dip 2 chicken strips into egg and then place into bread crumb mixture and shake to coat. Place coated chicken pieces onto the prepared baking sheet. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  • Spray each chicken tender with cooking spray 2 times.
  • Bake tenders in the preheated oven for 7 minutes; flip, continue to bake on opposite side until no longer pink in the centers, about 7 minutes more. Remove from the oven.
  • Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Broil tenders in the preheated oven for extra crunch, about 2 minutes more.
