Steps:
- Spray a 12x17 baking sheet with oil spray. Spread the shredded potatoes evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Using a flat spatula flatten potatoes firmly against sheet and bake for 10 more minutes. Then broil on low for 5 minutes or until hash browns are lightly browned and crispy.
- Make 12 thin square pork patties. Season both sides of the patty with seasoned pepper. Using a griddle or non-stick pan, brown patties over medium heat for about 4 minutes on each side. Place cooked patties on paper towels and top each with two small squares of Havarti cheese.
- Using a sturdy spatula separate hash browns into 24 small squares for slider tops and bottoms. Gently assemble 12 sliders.

- Preheat oven to 375. Line 1-2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Place potatoes into one shallow dish. Pour dressing into another.
- Pound breasts until evenly a 1/2 inch thick, then cut each into four pieces.
- Dip each piece into dressing, then into potatoes pressing on and coating well, and place onto prepared baking sheet. Bake 15-20 minutes until done.
- While the chicken is baking, toast the waffles until crispy and golden, cut each into quarters and warm the maple syrup in a saucepan on low.
- Time to bop! Place a piece of chicken on each waffle square, drizzle with lots of warm maple syrup, top each with another waffle square and enjoy! Serve with more maple syrup for dipping, a side of Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onions or Shredded Hash Browns, and Root Beer Floats at your own private hop! - Generously spray a 9"x13" baking dish with cooking spray. Pour bag of shredded potatoes evenly in bottom of casserole. Pour eggbeaters over potatoes.
- Microwave sausage links for 1 minute and cut into bite sized pieces, then add to potato/egg mixture.
- Evenly sprinkle cheese over mixture, then sprinkle with bag of bacon over top.

Steps:
- Mix together in a bowl one 20 oz. package of Simply Potatoes Southwestern Style Shredded Hash Browns, one 16 oz of package of ground turkey, and one egg in a mixing bowl. Mix by hand and form into 10 round balls, and then flatten into patties for grilling or frying in a non-stick pan.
- Preheat grill or non stick pan on medium high heat. Cook 5 to 8 minutes on each side until golden brown, top each pattie with one slice of favorite sliced cheese,( i use swiss or cheddar cheese) let cheese slightly melt, remove from pan and place on bun and serve.
