5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. I used to make this bread for special family brunches with my mother when I was just learning to cook. But our original recipe required us to first peel, boil, and mash the potatoes. As a busy mom, I just didn't have the time to do that so I was delighted to find that the bread is as good OR BETTER when made with the super-convenient Simply Potatoes mashed potatoes!

Steps:
- 1. Thaw bread dough in refrigerator overnight.
- 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a jelly roll pan.
- 3. Place butter in medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and sauté until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
- 4. Place the mashed potatoes in a large bowl. Add the shredded cheese and the butter-onion mixture. Mix well.
- 5. Pat or roll the dough to fit into the jelly roll pan. Spread the potato mixture over ½ of the loaf. Fold the dough over and seal all the edges. Allow the loaf to rest for 15 minutes.
- 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, until top is nicely browned.

5-Ingredient Fix Contest Entry. This recipe is inspired by Japanese cooking. If you are not in the mood of cheese today, this could be a great option. Easy to make and fancy enough to serve your guests. The small box of Tobiko can be bought at Japanese supermarket, or Asian grocery store. And buy the deveined shrimp will save you time too. You can also use other kind of seafood like scallop instead of shrimp.

- 1. Preheat oven to 400°.
- 2. Cut shrimp into small chunks.
- 3. Mix mayonnaise, Tobiko, shrimp and salt in a bowl. Pour the mixture on the top of the diced potatoes in a baking dish.
- 4. Bake for 20 minutes. Then change oven setting to Broil, and cook for another 8 minutes. Let it stands for 5 minutes before you serve.
- Great to serve over rice, or with sandwich bread.

- Heat an indoor or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
- Prepare hash browns normally according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, combine beef and soup mix until thoroughly incorporated; shape into 4 patties. Place on grill, and cook 3 minutes per side, or until cooked to desired preference. Place a slice of cheese on each burger in the last 2 minutes of grilling. Transfer burgers to a plate to rest. Grill the rolls for 1-2 minutes, or until toasted.
- Place burgers on bottom halves of rolls; top with hash browns and roll tops.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In large bowl mix potatoes and stuffing mix (if seasoning pack and bread is packaged separate, mix both together).
- Pound chicken breast to about 1/4 inch thick.
- At this point you can cut your chicken to make 12 smaller rolls or leave whole and make 6 larger ones.
- Season chicken with bouillon, (use like you would salt).
- Spoon about 1/2 cup mixture onto edge of each chicken breast and roll, securing with tooth picks.
- Season outside with bouillon.
- Bake on nonstick baking sheet for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size.
- Heat gravy and serve over chicken.
