EASY ICE CREAM IN A BAG

Steps:

• Combine milk, half-and-half, sugar, and vanilla extract in a pint-size resealable plastic bag; seal tightly.
• Put a scoop of ice, 3 tablespoons ice cream rock salt, and the bag containing the milk-cream mixture into a gallon-size resealable plastic bag; seal tightly.
• Rock the bag back and forth (do not shake) until contents thicken into ice cream, about 10 minutes. Wipe salt from the top of the pint-size bag before opening to prevent salt from getting into the ice cream.

CEREAL ICE CREAM CUPS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• Lightly grease a 6-cup nonstick muffin tin with nonstick spray.
• In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted and combined with the butter. Stir in the cereal until well coated.
• Divide the cereal mixture into 6 equal portions and roll into balls. Flatten each ball into a disc, then gently press each disc into a cup of the prepared muffin tin. Press the bottom of a small glass into each cup to pack the mixture slightly against the bottom and up the sides of the molds. Let cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes.
• When ready to serve, remove the cereal cups from the muffin tin and scoop the ice cream into the cups.

INDIVIDUAL STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE ICE CREAM CUPS

Steps:

• Line a muffin tin with plastic wrap. You will only use 6 of the cups.
• Slice the pound cake widthwise into twelve 1/4-inch-thick slices. Using a 5-ounce can (a small tomato paste can works well), cut 6 circles out of 6 slices of cake. With the remaining 6 slices, use a 15-ounce can to make 6 slightly larger circles of cake for the tops. You should end up with 6 small circles and 6 large circles.
• Put the small circles of cake on the bottom of each of the 6 individual muffin cups. Then, line each muffin cup with slices of strawberries to create a wall. You now should have 6 individual holders lined at the bottom with cake and along the sides with strawberries. Fill each cake cup with a scoop of ice cream and place the larger circles of cake on top to form lids. Wrap the whole tin in plastic wrap and place in the freezer for at least an hour to firm up.
• To serve, gently lift each individual ice cream cake out of the tin, using the plastic wrap to help them release. Place each cake upside down on a dessert plate. Drizzle melted strawberry sorbet over the cake.

CANDY GLASS ICE CREAM CUPS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:

• In a heatproof liquid measuring cup with a pour spout, melt 7 candies of the same color for 30 seconds. Continue microwaving in 15-second intervals, if needed, until completely melted and bubbling.
• Wearing latex gloves to protect your hands, carefully pour the molten candy into a cup of the silicone muffin mold. Gently tilt the mold in a circular motion so the melted candy comes all the way up to the edge of the mold, without flowing over. If any candy, spills over the edge of the mold, carefully wipe it clean with a damp paper towel. Repeat with the remaining candy to make 5 more cups. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, until set.
• Gently peel the silicone molds away from the top of the candy cups and push up from the bottom to release the cups. Carefully repeat with the 5 remaining cups. Place the candy cups on a tray and refrigerate until ready to use.
• To serve, scoop the ice cream into the candy cups.
