Steps:
- Spread 2 bread slices with dressing. Top with turkey, Swiss, coleslaw and remaining bread slices.
- Cook in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat for 3 min. on each side until sandwiches are golden brown and cheese is melted. Slice in half on the diagonal.

Steps:
- Cut all rolls in half, making buns with tops/bottoms. (Easiest to do all at once; keeping bottoms connected as one unit). Place bottoms of rolls in a rimmed baking dish pan, sprayed with Pam.
- Place equal amounts of ham on each roll bottom.
- Top with slice of cheese.
- On the cut-side of the roll TOPS, spread ~ 1 Tbs. of chive/onion cream cheese (again, just keep them all connected). Return bun tops to the bottoms, making a sandwich. (At this point, I slice through sections to finish separating individual sandwiches, so topping can drizzle down).
- Combine the melted butter, onion flakes, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon this over top of each sandwich. Sprinkle tops with Parmesan. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for AT LEAST 30 minutes - up to overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350. Bake sandwiches (covered in foil) for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top and Gruyére is melted. Optional: Sprinkle with chopped fresh chives & insert a leaf of baby spinach in each. Serve immediately.
HAMMIE SAMMIES
Steps:
- You will need 2 13x9 pans. Split rolls in half and place bottom half in pan. Place 2 slices of ham on the rolls. Cut the slices of cheese into quarters and place 2 quarters on top of ham. Place tops back on dinner rolls. In small saucepan, mix butter, mustard, dried onions, and worchestire sauce until butter melts. Pour this mixture over rolls, sprinkle with poppy seeds. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, uncover sandwiches and bake 15-20 minutes.

- Remove papery outer skin from garlic bulbs; cut off tops of bulbs, exposing individual cloves. Peel and halve cloves. In a large dish, combine garlic, 3/4 cup mint, vinegar and olive oil. - Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together, butter, poppy seeds, worcestershire, dijon mustard. Slice rolls in half and spread bottoms and tops with butter mixture. Top each roll with ham and swiss. Arrange rolls in a single layer in a medium baking dish. Bake (covered so tops of rolls don't get too browned) for 10 to 12 minutes.

- Stir balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, and soy sauce with salt, brown sugar, ground ginger, paprika, pepper, and red pepper flakes until the salt has dissolved. Stir in garlic, green onions, sesame oil, and peanut oil until well combined.
- Pour marinade into a resealable plastic bag or glass bowl. Add salmon to marinade and gently toss to coat. Place into refrigerator and marinate 2 to 24 hours.
- Prepare an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
