Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients except for meatballs in slow cooker. Add meatballs and stir to coat them well. Set the slow cooker on Low for 6-8 hours or High for 2-2 1/2 hours.

1 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic powder
⅓ cup ketchup
1 (16 ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (18 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. (175 degrees C).
  • Mix together the hamburger, bread crumbs, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder and ketchup. Form into small balls and bake for 30 minutes.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, combine the cranberry sauce, barbecue sauce, brown sugar and lemon juice. Simmer and stir until smooth. Add meat balls and simmer for I hour. Serve warm.

1 pound ground turkey
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 cup jellied cranberry sauce
1/2 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest

Steps:

  • Place stuffing in a large bowl. Crumble ground turkey and pork sausage over stuffing and mix well. Shape into 2-in. balls. Place on a greased rack in a shallow baking pan. Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Drain on paper towels., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the remaining ingredients; heat through. Serve with meatballs. A wonderful appetizer - always highly requested at our parties! From a Betty Crocker Appetizer recipe book - January 2004. I use store-bought meatballs. Meatballs will hold on Low Heat setting for about 2 hours. Hint- Trader Joe's makes a great cranberry-orange sauce, but only at the holidays. To make this recipe at other times, I just create a sauce with canned cranberries and about a 1/4 cup OJ. Enjoy! We sure do!

2 eggs, beaten with a fork
1 cup fine breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup ketchup
1 cup tomato juice
1 (398 ml) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ginger

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic& paprika in a large bowl.
