LUSCIOUS SLUSH PUNCH
This is without a doubt the best punch I've ever had! Makes enough for 2 punch bowls. This is our Christmas Eve punch tradition, and there is never a drop left!

SLUSH PUNCH
I got this recipe from the caterer at a friends wedding. This is a big crowd pleaser. My daughter requests this punch every year for her birthday. Needs to freeze atleast overnight, preferably 24 hours, so plan ahead!

FRUIT SLUSHY PUNCH RECIPE - (4.5/5)

Steps:
- In a 6 qt container, combine first 7 ingredients. Cover and freeze for 12 hours, stirring every 2 hours. May be frozen for up to 3 months. Yield: About 5 quarts (or approximately 25 women at a baby shower ;)) For each serving: Place 1/2 cup fruit slush in a glass. Add 1/2 cup soda Per Serving (excluding unknown items): 124 Calories; 0g Fat (0.0% calories from fat); 0g Protein; 32g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 0mg Cholesterol; trace Sodium. Exchanges: 2 Other Carbohydrates. NOTES : Denise's commentary: They didn't have just pineapple juice at Meijer, so I got pineapple mango juice instead. I left out the raspberries because a) I know Michelle doesn't like raspberries and b) I don't really like things that need to be chewed in my drink. I didn't have a six quart container, so I divided the ingredients by two as best I could and mixed them together in two plastic freezer bags. I think this is MUCH easier then freezing in one container. The punch was alot easier to get out of the bags than a container. And instead of mixing the soda in 1/2 cup increments, I added about the same amount of soda as punch to the punch bowl to make things a little easier. I'm so glad you all liked the punch....it's my favorite punch recipe. I wish I could take credit for it, but I lifted it from a magazine quite a few years ago :)
STRAWBERRY SLUSH DRINK RECIPE

Steps:
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, water, and jell-o. Boil for 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orange juice. Divide mixture into two separate containers (I use gallon-sized Ziploc bags) and freeze for at least 8 hours (it can store in the freezer for a long time, but if you want the "slushy" consistency, you will want to keep it in the freezer for at least 8 hours).
- If it is frozen solid, I usually pull it out of the freezer about 2 hours before I need to use it so that it can thaw a little bit.
- When ready to serve, place the slushy contents of the bag into a punch bowl and stir in a 2 liter of Sprite with it (if you need to serve a lot of people, you can add a second 2-liter of Sprite and it will still taste good). I like to slice up some fresh strawberries and throw them into the punch bowl.
- Serve immediately.

Its pretty color and tangy-sweet taste make this festive drink a hit at Christmastime. We also served it at my sister's wedding, where guests told us it was some of the best punch they'd ever tasted. It is an old family recipe. -Martha Artyomenko Libby, Montana
