  • In a medium bowl, mash oysters with a fork. Mix in cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and lemon pepper.

1 (3 3/4 ounce) can smoked oysters
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch lemon pepper (optional)
1 -2 dash hot sauce, to taste

Steps:

  • Roughly chop oysers and in a medium bowl mix with cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce,hot sauce and lemon pepper.
  • Chill at least one hour.
  • Serve with sliced baguette or crackers.

1 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 dash hot pepper sauce

Steps:

  • Sauté onion and mushrooms in butter.
  • Combine oysters through hot pepper sauce in a bowl, and stir in onions and mushrooms.
  • Serve cold with crackers or chips, or serve warm in chafing dish with pieces of French bread.
