Steps:

  • Top tortillas with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese; roll up.
  • Serve with salsa.

2 tablespoons salsa
1 to 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro, optional
1 cup cubed cooked chicken
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
10 to 12 flour tortillas (6 inches)
Sour cream and additional salsa, optional

Steps:

  • In a food processor; combine the first eight ingredients and 1/2 cup cheese; cover and process until smooth. Spread evenly over tortillas. Roll up and place seam side down in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. , Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream and salsa if desired.

1 (10 ounce) can chunk chicken, drained
1/3 cup bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup salsa
4 8-inch flour tortillas

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, chicken, bacon and salsa.
  • Gently stir until well combined.
  • Spread chicken mixture on each tortilla.
  • Roll up and wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate until serving time.
  • To serve, cut tortillas into 1 inch pieces.
  • If desired, serve with additional salsa for dipping.

16 slices bacon, cut in half
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (10 ounce) package pita bread rounds

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven's broiler.
  • Open pita rounds, and spread generously with cream cheese on the inside. Replace tops, and use a pizza cutter to slice into 1 inch wide strips. Cut the long strips in half crosswise. Roll up each piece, and wrap with half of a strip of bacon. Secure with toothpicks, and place close together on a baking sheet.
  • Broil for 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the bacon is cooked through. Use a spatula to remove them to a napkin lined bowl or platter. Remove toothpicks before serving.

4 ounces cream cheese
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices bacon
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies (chopped)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt & pepper

Steps:

  • Pound chicken breasts flat.
  • Place 1 oz of the cream cheese and 1 oz of the green chiles in the center of each breast.
  • Roll up.
  • Wrap each breast with 1 slice of bacon in a spiral fashion. Use toothpicks to secure if needed.
  • Place chicken in a 9x13 baking pan.
  • In bowl, combine soup,mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  • Pour mixture over chicken and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
