PEACH HARD CIDER RECIPE

Steps:

• Clean and sanitize all cider making equipment before starting.
• Pour the Apple juice into the fermenting vessel.
• Take a hydrometer reading to measure the gravity and record.
• Add yeast nutrient if desired.
• Pour the yeast into the fermenter.
• Close the fermenter and install an airlock filled with sanitizer.
• Allow the cider to ferment in a cool and dark place for about two weeks.
• Pack the peaches into a hop bag and place the bag into the fermenter for about a week.
• Cold crash, rack and bottle.

SPARKLING PEACH CIDER

Steps:

• Stir together chilled pear nectar and honey.
• Gradually stir in chilled sparkling apple cider and chilled club soda.
• Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator to chill, if you do, make sure to stir before serving.
• Best if served immediately to not lose the carbonation. Enjoy!

SPARKLING PEACH BELLINIS

Steps:

• Line a baking sheet with a large piece of heavy-duty foil (about 18x12 in.). Place peach halves, cut sides up, on foil; drizzle with honey. Fold foil over peaches and seal. , Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until tender. Cool completely; remove and discard peels. In a food processor, process peaches until smooth., Transfer peach puree to a pitcher. Add the nectar and 1 bottle of champagne; stir until combined. Pour into 12 champagne flutes or wine glasses; top with remaining champagne. Serve immediately.

SPARKLING PEACHY PUNCH

Steps:

• Mix white cranberry juice, lemon-lime soda, and peach juice together in a punch bowl. Float as many peach slices and raspberries in the punch as desired. Place remaining fruit back in freezer and add as needed.
