CHEESEBURGER SLIDERS RECIPE BY TASTY
Sometimes you're just in the mood for a good ol' juicy hamburger. The type that's succulent and gloriously flavorful. But when you're entertaining, cooking hamburgers for a crowd is no easy joke. That's why we're bringing you these fun cheeseburger sliders instead! Baked on a single tray, these are an easy way to impress a crowd - and they definitely don't skimp on the flavor.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the beef, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a 9x13-inch (23x33-cm) rimmed baking dish, mixing thoroughly, then pressing into a flat, even layer. Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set the cooked beef aside.
- Slice the rolls in half lengthwise. Place the bottom half in the same baking dish. Place the cooked beef on the rolls, followed by the onions and cheese. Top with the remaining rolls.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice into individual sliders, then serve.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease an 11x7-inch baking dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until meat is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Stir in ketchup, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire, and garlic powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut rolls in half horizontally without separating each roll from one another. Place bottom halves in the prepared baking dish. Spread meat mixture on rolls, top with Monterey Jack cheese, and cover with roll tops.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, remaining Dijon mustard, and remaining Worcestershire in a microwaveable bowl; cover loosely and microwave until butter is melted, about 1 minute. Mix and pour mixture over the top of the rolls.
- Bake, covered, in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown, about 10 minutes more.

- Heat an outdoor grill to medium-high heat (375 to 450 degrees F (190 to 230 degrees C).
- Mix together ground beef, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and cumin in a large bowl. Form into 8 patties. Lightly oil grill grate, then grill patties until browned, about 3 minutes per side. Top with cheese during last minute of grilling.
- Puree cilantro, mayonnaise, jalapeno, and lemon juice in a food processor or blender. Spread mixture on bottom half of buns. Top with cabbage, patties, and bun tops.

- In a saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15-20 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly. Transfer to a food processor; process until pureed. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce for brushing burgers., For sliders, split rolls horizontally in half. Spread bottoms with butter. In a large bowl, combine beef, salt and pepper, mixing lightly, but thoroughly. Shape into twenty-four 1/2-in.-thick patties, pressing an indentation in the center of each., In two batches, grill burgers, covered, over medium heat 3-4 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°, brushing tops with reserved sauce after turning. - Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, mix beef, eggs, 1/2 cup minced onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper just until combined; do not overmix. Place meat mixture on a large, parchment-lined baking sheet; shape into two, 6-in. x 8-in. rectangles, each about 1/2-inch thick. Bake until a thermometer reads 160°, 15-20 minutes., Meanwhile, without separating rolls, cut rolls in half horizontally. Spread 1/4 cup of dressing evenly over bottom halves of rolls., Blot meat with paper towels to remove excess fat; top meat with cheese and return to oven.
