HOT DOG FRIED RICE

Steps:

• Bring a pot of water to a boil; prepare an ice water bath. Blanch the broccoli in the boiling water, then immediately transfer to the ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain and set aside.
• In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the oil and onions and saute until the onions are translucent and tender, about 5 minutes. Add the ginger and garlic and quickly stir-fry for about 30 seconds. Add the rice, hot dogs and broccoli and stir-fry 2 minutes. Stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil and scallions.
• Serve topped with fried eggs, cilantro and Sriracha.

FIRESIDE HOT DOGS WITH SPICY CHIPS

Steps:

• For the spicy chips: Preheat the oven to 350 F.
• Spray the tortilla chips with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with the chili-lime powder and toss to combine. Transfer the chips to a baking sheet and bake for 6 minutes.
• For the hot dogs: Heat a medium, heavy skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until all the fat has rendered, about 5 minutes. Add the onions and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce, lime juice and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine. Cook for 30 seconds and turn off the heat. Transfer the mixture to a medium bowl and set aside.
• Using the same pan, cook the hot dogs over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and wrap tightly with aluminum foil to keep warm.
• To assemble each hot dog, spread some mayonnaise on each bun. Put a hot dog in each bun, top with the onion mixture and crumbled Spicy Chips and serve with ketchup and mustard.

SPICY RICE AND HOT DOGS DINNER

Steps:

• Cook onions, peppers and garlic in hot oil in large deep skillet or Dutch oven on medium heat 3 min., stirring frequently. Add all remaining ingredients except cilantro and wieners; mix well. Stir in 3 Tbsp. cilantro; bring to boil. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 20 min., stirring occasionally.
• Meanwhile, cook wieners in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 min., stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cover to keep warm.
• Top rice mixture with wieners and remaining cilantro; toss lightly.

HOT DOGS 'N' RICE

Steps:

• In a large skillet, saute onion and green pepper in oil until tender. Add rice; cook and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add 1-1/4 cups water and hot dogs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Add the tomatoes, ketchup and remaining water. Cover and cook until rice is tender.

IN-A-HURRY HOT DOG DINNER

Steps:

• In a large skillet, cook and stir hot dogs in 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat until lightly browned; remove and keep warm. , In the same skillet, saute the onions, celery and green pepper in remaining butter until tender. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Add the tomatoes, oregano, paprika, pepper and hot dogs. Cook and stir until heated through. Serve with noodles or rice.

HOT DOG FRIED RICE

Steps:

• Place wok over high heat until hot. Add 2 tablespoons oil, swirling to coat sides. Add eggs, salt and pepper and lightly scramble. Remove scrambled eggs and set aside. Add sliced hot dogs and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Add rice; stir fry with hot dogs for 2 minutes.
• Add peas and carrots; stir to mix well. Add soy sauce ,green onions, and scrambled eggs; stir-fry until heated throughout, about 2-3 minutes.

CHEESY HOT DOG RICE SKILLET

Steps:

• Cook rice and wieners in nonstick skillet on medium heat 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
• Top with Singles; cook 3 min. or until Singles begins to melt.

SPICY HOT DOGS

Steps:

• Cook onions in oil until tender.
• Stir in remaining ingredients except the hot dogs and buns.
• Score dogs lengthwise and add to sauce.
• Simmer 10 minutes.
• Serve on toasted buns with your choice of condiments if desired.
