- Add a small amount of water just enough to dissolve instant coffee. Your goal here is to create a concentrated coffee flavor. Alternatively, use a shot of espresso.
- Add milk of choice. The more fat in the milk, the creamier your drink will be. I prefer unsweetened soymilk.
- (optional) Throw in blender with xantham gum and other ingredients, then blend to desired consistency.
- Pour out and enjoy!
