- Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
- Drain and return to the pot. Add the cheeses, milk and butter and stir until melted and creamy. Stir in the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

- Cook over medium heat, stirring ofte, until the cheese melts.
- Add the elbow macaroni and mix it well.
- Lower the heat and cover.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
