STRAWBERRY LEMONADE SPARKLE

Steps:

• Place drink mix in large glass. Gradually add club soda, stirring until mix is dissolved
• Add ice cubes. Serve immediately.

STRAWBERRY SPARKLE CAKE

Steps:

• For the cake: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Beat the egg whites until frothy. Add the cream of tartar and beat until stiff. Sift the superfine sugar three times and add slowly to the egg whites.
• Sift the cake flour and salt five times, and then fold slowly into the egg whites. Sprinkle in the vanilla and fold.
• Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in an unbuttered angel food cake pan.
• Set aside to cool completely, inverted on a bottle or jar that fits the cake pan.
• For the filling: Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water and add the strawberries, stirring to break up and mix the berries.
• For the icing: Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until thick.
• To assemble: Place the cake, wide-side down, on a serving plate. Cut a 1-inch layer from the top and set it aside. Cut around the cake 1 inch from the outer edge to 1 inch from the bottom. Cut around the cake 1 inch from the inner edge to 1 inch from the bottom.
• Gently remove the section of cake between the cuts and pour in the strawberry mixture.
• Place the cake layer back on top and spread the icing all over the top and sides of the cake. Decorate with whole strawberries.
• Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

SPARKLING STRAWBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• To make the simple syrup, combine sugar and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved, about 2-3 minutes; let cool. Add strawberries to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth, about 1-2 minutes; strain through a cheesecloth or fine sieve. In a large pitcher, whisk together strawberry puree, lemon juice and simple syrup. Place in the refrigerator until chilled. Serve over ice and sparkling water.

SPARKLING STRAWBERRY-LEMONADE SLUSH

Steps:

• In blender, place lemonade concentrate and strawberries; blend on high speed until smooth. Pour into nonmetal freezer container. Stir in water. Cover; freeze at least 4 hours.
• If mixture is frozen solid, let stand at room temperature about 15 min. For each serving, measure 1/2 cup slush mixture into 8-oz glass; stir in 1/2 cup ginger ale. Serve immediately.

EASY STRAWBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, mix together lemonade concentrate and water. Stir in strawberries.

ALL NATURAL STRAWBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• Place strawberries in a blender; top with 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour 1 cup water over sugared strawberries. Blend until strawberry chunks transform into juice.
• Combine strawberry juice, 6 cups water, 1 cup sugar, and lemon juice in a large pitcher; stir until blended. Chill before serving.

SPARKLING LEMONADE

Steps:

• In a large pitcher, combine cold water, lemon juice and sugar, stir until sugar dissolves.
• Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
• Just before serving, gradually add soda water down edge of pitcher, stir to mix.
• Garnish.
• Pour lemonade over ice cubes in glasses.
• Garnish each serving with lemon slices and mint sprig.

SPIKED STRAWBERRY LEMONADE

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries with the lemon juice and sugar until the sugar dissolves into the lemon juice and the strawberries start to break down into a chunky paste. Add the vodka and elderflower liqueur, and stir together.
• Spoon the contents of the cocktail shaker into two Collins glasses, add ice and top off with club soda. Stir. Garnish with a few strawberry slices.
